Energetics of Affluence – Be Your Brilliant Self

Psst. Over here. Yeah, behind the curtain. Did anyone follow you? No? Good.

I want to tell you a secret.

But before I do, I have to tell you that you’re not likely to believe me.

Why? Because it seems too simple.

But it’s true.

The things that come easiest to you are the things that others will pay the most money for.

Did your brain just say “Huh, wha?”

I did tell you that you wouldn’t believe me.

Here’s the deal.

The stuff that you’re best at – that’s easiest for you to do – it’s your gift to the world. It’s SUPPOSED to be easy.

And while, yes, it’s easy for you, it’s hard for the people who hire you. You need to price it based on its value to them, not based on your time or how much effort it takes for you.

I refer you back to the value article where we talked about the fact that value changes based on who you’re selling to and whether you’re selling hours or results.

So if we assume you’re offering your services to the right audience and in the format designed to make it most valuable to that audience, then your work days should be pretty chill.

For instance, if, like me, you can do high-level healing for a client that will take less than 20 minutes and produce amazing results, you can charge a lot more ($1000 or more depending on your results and your market) than a Reiki II practitioner can charge for an hour.

But here’s the thing.

  1. You have to BELIEVE that someone would pay that much.
  2. You have to be willing to RECEIVE that kind of cash.
  3. You have to believe you DESERVE to have nice things if you want to keep it (ask yourself – the last time you got a big influx of cash and didn’t have a plan for it, did you have a major car or house repair take it all?) This is a deserving issue.
  4. You have to NOT be codependent with your client about what they can or can’t afford.

In short, you have to get out of your own way about it.

What if life could be easy? What if your business could be easy?

Would you love that?

I thought so.

Now, go out and find the people most willing to pay you the most to do the thing that is easiest for you.

You’ve so got this. I believe in you!
